The Juno is made with four graduated weighted stainless steel balls enclosed in smooth seamless Lucite. Insert into vagina while standing, beginning with the smaller end and holding the heavier end with your hand and then squeeze your pelvic muscles. As you get stronger, you can flip it and work to hold the heavier end in without support. Compatible with a water, oil or silicone-based lubricant.
