Refunds and Returns
Fairy Godmother offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases except products from the Restore the Tingle department. Products from the Restore the Tingle department are non-returnable unless defective.
For products from all other departments (excluding Tingle products), if you are unhappy with something, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
To receive a refund, please contact Fairy Godmother by email, YFGodmother@aol.com describing the problem. Please include your name, address, and phone number along with information about the product and date of purchase. When returning the item, please include a copy of the original receipt.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If it is a manufacturer’s problem, Fairy Godmother will assume the return shipping charges.
